The financial settlement of prenuptial agreements at divorce.
At divorce, prenuptial agreements must be settled. This includes the execution of any settlement provisions, the determination of compensation rights and the division of joint property. Unexecuted periodic settlement provisions are finally settled at divorce under Article 1:141 of the Dutch Civil Code.
