Appeal in divorce proceedings
An appeal against the divorce judgment to the court of appeal.
An appeal against a divorce judgment may be filed with the court of appeal under Article 358 of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure. The appeal period is three months from the date of the judgment. On appeal, both the divorce itself and the ancillary provisions may be contested.
