Contact prohibition
A court order prohibiting contact between a parent and the child, if contact is harmful to the child.
A contact prohibition is a court order under Article 1:377a paragraph 3 of the Dutch Civil Code whereby a parent is denied the right to contact with the child for a temporary or permanent period.
