Guardianship register
A public register maintained by the court in which decisions about custody and guardianship are recorded.
The guardianship register is a public register maintained by the court under Article 1:244 of the Dutch Civil Code. Court decisions regarding custody, guardianship and curatorship are entered into the register. Anyone can consult the register to check who has custody of a child.
