Indexering alimentatie

Alimony indexation is the annual automatic increase of alimony amounts as of January 1. The indexation percentage is determined by the Minister of Justice and Security based on the CBS wage index. Indexation applies to both spousal and child maintenance unless the parties have excluded it in writing. Indexation prevents the alimony from losing purchasing power due to inflation.
