A voluntary form of dispute resolution where a neutral mediator guides parties towards a solution.

Mediation in divorce is a process where an independent, neutral mediator guides divorcing partners in making agreements. The mediator does not make decisions but helps parties reach a solution themselves. Advantages of mediation are: lower costs, faster results, fewer conflicts and better compliance with agreements. In mediation, one lawyer can submit the petition for both parties.

Thanks to mediation, they were able to reach agreements about the children and the house in good consultation.
