Ancillary provision
A supplementary request in divorce proceedings, such as maintenance or property division.
An ancillary provision is a request that can be filed together with or after the divorce petition under Article 827 of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure. It concerns requests related to the divorce, such as spousal maintenance, child maintenance, division of joint assets, pension equalization or custody of children.
