Temporary judicial orders made during divorce proceedings concerning housing, maintenance and children.
Provisional measures are temporary decisions that the court may make under Article 822 of the Dutch Code of Civil Procedure during divorce proceedings. They may concern use of the matrimonial home, provisional maintenance, custody of children and other urgent matters.
